Most of the expectant moms can make exercises freely, but some would like to have proper instructions for this amazing moment. During pregnancy the body changes and everybody can see, but the mind changes too and that has to be taken care too. Vida Pre Natal Yoga Therapy is the best thing you can do for your baby and for your self. A moment of connection and relaxation. Helping the body/mind to assimilate the changes and challenges.

Our Process

In Yoga Therapy, is very important to know what are the client’s needs, experiences, expactations, goals, believes, limitations. I am enthusiastic about listening people's stories.

The first meeting is a moment to hear the patients stories, investigate behaviors and physical chacteristics. So we can build a personalized plan with the specific practices are indicated in that case. I am also constantly evaluating the process and asking for feedback.

The benefits of Yoga Therapy can be noticed in the first day. We will use breathing exercises, physical postures, meditation techniques and relaxation techniques to address the needs related by the student and move gently towards the goals setlled. The Yoga Therapy session can happen at the student’s house or at our office.
